Lower bad debt % isn't surprising. It'll continue to decline as pay-in-4 takes a larger and larger % of revenue when compared to the higher risk Zipmoney lending.
I wrote about it almost a year ago in my margin analysis but maybe you didn't read it. It'll likely get as low as (or close to) as APT over time. The behavioural quantitative credit risk models wouldn't be materially different between the two.
