Mate I see what you see in the net so I have no idea about how they charge the convenience fee….they have provided a fantastic growth for the last two years so they monitor the fee vis-à-vis the market and they can easily waive for high turnover customers like Apt providing ghost cards to good customers.
This is a non issue for outsiders mate because we can never find out from public disclosures and the management is competitive enough to deal with it
