I wouldn't be surprised if ASIC look into it tbh look at how the falsified information sided the share price to spike.
I don't.trust the mgmt after that. Serious comment (I know I talk a bit of shit). But yeah the lies spun to prop the price. Looks illegal if you as me. And for me it has destroyed any credibility Peter Gray and Larry Diamond had. Because the AFR have stated they sourced it from Zip.
Then it gets listed in the Singapore exchange.
