AFR's article on the Klarna taking 4% of ZIP actually send 1 strong message:
-----: the quarterly report will be a whopper!!! That's why Klarna wants to take the 4% now (otherwise, it can buy at a much cheaper price or not invest at all if ZIP is doing badly).
The big jump yesterday with big volume has proved only one thing, that is, Klarna buys ZIP now because the report will be a good one. I'm sure this is the reason why he's buying now. Therefore, Monday will be a fast-moving up day again (if Dow tonight not doing too badly).
