mate if any substantial holder sell shares then notification is mandatory...let’s say I hold 10% and sold 4% to Klarna then my notification will appear, Klarna doesn’t have to disclose but I have too as per ASX listing rules! This is huge block of shares, they can’t buy it from here & there!
