H1 FY21 HALF YEAR RESULTS - TRANSFORMATIONAL HALF, RECORD RESULTS

• Record revenue of $160.0m, up 130% YoY (annualising at $480m+ as at Dec-20).

• Customer numbers increased to 5.7m, up 217% YoY.
• Record transaction volume (TTV) of $2,320.6m, up 141% YoY (annualising at $7.5b+ as at Dec- 2020).
• More than 38.5k merchants across the US, Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

Q3 FY21 TRADING UPDATE - ZIP CONTINUES TO ACCELERATE

• Record group quarterly revenue of $114.4m (up 80% YoY).
• Customer numbers increased to 6.4m (up 88% YoY).
• Quarterly transaction volume of $1.6b (up 114% YoY).
• Merchants on the platform increased to 45.3k (up 81% YoY).

• Australian BNPL Firm Zip Receives Strategic Investment in TendoPay, a Pay Over Time Fintech in the Philippines. Zip Chief Executive Larry Diamond said the company is now "actively looking at Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and India."
• Quadpay Fest (April 29 - May 2) - Sees 40% Increase in Net-New Customers compared to the same period in the prior month. Overall transaction volume jumped 20% during the four-day period as compared to the same period in the prior month.
