I'm not too sure and its very hard to speculate what their gameplan is. I would assume they are trying to shake the tree before results come out. I KEEP thinking, what is their motivation to downrate the stock now when they have had months since the last update to downrate Z1P based on the prior numbers. IMO they can't downrate Z1P after the results as they know they will be killer so they must do it before, even if they do look like idiots.
