I think it's highly likely it was pushed back for that reason. Probably a courtesy call from Goldman for Zip to hold off.
Insider *trading* taken place though? Probably not. Insider information passed around though yeah.
As long as no one made trades on the info, then everything probably falls into the gray area.
The only person that potentially broke the law was Goldman breaching confidentiality agreement between itself and Apple.
I think it's highly likely it was pushed back for that...
