The thing is, most people who are happy to pay $10 APT late fees have a poverty consciousness. They only know living with debt. This isn't going to change just because PayPal have an interest free account. Some might slowly change over when they are able to manage their finances better but it shouldn't make too much difference in the long run. PayPal will take a good cut in fees eventually. Zip is a totally different BNPL product at least in Australia with multiple revenue streams. Great buying opportunity here.
