Under listing rule 3.1, a listed company is required to announce to the market, all information expected to have a material effect on the price or value of a company’s securities. This includes that the directors are considering appointing an administrator. trying to manipulate the stock price is illegal buddy. There is no room for rumours here you are showing your lack of education.
