I think they just don't want to get caught in another downtrend.
I certainly am going to sell a significant portion around $20 if it reaches there on a massice spike like in February.
February taught me to sell a lot of this thing if it rises too quickly.
However, I wouldn't sell it if the rise to $20 was relatively steady.
