Yeah I think ZIP is beyond being a realistic TO target for anyone, and Larry and Co are locked and loaded playing the long game and wouldn't support it anyway.
In the past few months, Klarna has raised about US$1.6bn so Zips EV + acquisition premium is way out of reach. But a 5% strategic interest is right in their current targeted acquisition sweet spot, and makes perfect strategic sense for all the parties involved.
