Yep. My supposition only ... but believe it's illegal for parties to act in concert with Klarna to artificially keep the price low. But 44m or 56m (10%) means a massive melt up IF an offer, strategic stake and/or results continue past quarters.
As there was a big jump prior to the originally published date for the quarterly, maybe some instos were keen to suppress prior with intention of closing and providing springboard post results. Damned if I know.
As an aside for those unaware, BAML or BoA or Bank of America provide administration services (as many large banks do). Chinese Walls prevent any seepage of private side deals being communication across the wall. Some mindless speculation here which is why I felt the need for some quiet reflection.
