Thanks for sharing, so yes this was a strategic decision to increase their risk appetite in order to increase their growth. As mentioned in my earlier comment the adjusting of credit risk appetite (or other material risks for that matter) is normal practice in the banking/credit writing industry.
Given the significant jump in arrears, they might have to dial it back (or likely have already done so). Arrears have definitely gone up to far too quick.
