I understand your view point; Klarna might wait and acquire ZIP from position of weakness rather than strength based on valuations. But I don't agree their strategy would be that. Now motto is grow faster and grow quicker to grab more market share. I think there might be more than one suitor for ZIP. But I don't think Klarna will play waiting game. It just doesn't bode well with rapidly changing dynamics. Let see.
