Do these guys even understand how a Scheme of Arrangement works? Nothing has been "agreed", rather it has been recommended by the Board (subject to no superior proposal and an independent expert concluding that the transaction is in the best interests of Afterpay shareholders). Ultimately it gets put to a vote and the shareholders decide.
