It sounds rational enough but ZIP is not APT. APT & SQ appears a great fit.
The analogy is accurate, and based on a massive multiple applied to the APT offer. However such a big offer with similar multiple against Sales is unlikely to repeat in the sector.
Just highlights the current and significant undervaluation of ZIP. Cannot rule out anything but the market still sees ZIP as some underdog, or follower or underperformer depending on your individual view.
$31/sh seems like Everest when we still below $8
