Question is, is there more growth in apt or zip sp's?
Short term depends on a second TO bid for apt if any plus SQ sp movements and any rerate to zip via look through valuation and any zip announcements?
Odds have to be with zip short term, imo.
Medium to longterm, I'm sticking with zip!
