What is your investment horizon? If it is days/weeks, then turn to the charting gurus as to what is likely to happen to the SP next. If it is 6-12 months, I would focus on 2 things:
- Zip is currently trading at just over 10x historical sales, which drops to less than 7x on a forward looking basis - that is very, very cheap for a company which just grew sales at well north of 100%
- M&A activity in this sector has only just started. I'd be very surprised if a larger competitor doesn't make a tilt at Zip before the end of 2022.
