i think re rating has been already done from the companies end they're just waiting for the excat moment to reveal the big announcement to the market so they need to lift sp to 8-9 then releasing the news so they're very much successful for that through Apt quarter announcement.
i think this time larry definitely won't give chance to shoters those who want just hold your trust..
