emotion is the one main factor to determine someone's returns or losses
if you made an excel spreadsheet that tracked your trades with a note to the side on how you felt, and level of emotion, it would most certainly show that your worst trades, sell or buys, were always when your emotions were at their highest - fear, excitement, happy,sad,worry, ego and so forth
