I don’t know why, but I feel Sezzle will be taken over before Zip.
Discover financial has a confirmed stake ($30 million) in Sezzle at $8.88AUD.
Discover financial being the third largest credit card company in the US could easily acquire it.
I also like that Sezzle’s founder has not sold a single share and his holding is like 40%. Speaks volumes.
I don’t know why, but I feel Sezzle will be taken over before...
