I agree with you. Zip has outgrown current management.
Larry and Pete have taken the business as far as they can but now I feel we need new and fresh thinking and leadership that is attentively aware of all the parties concerned.
Larry and Pete seem to be obsessed with the Customer (nothing wrong with that) but what about the investors who back your business to deliver that Customer experience?
