I've been seeing a heap of 'complaints' coming through all sources (FB, app store, review websites) lately about how people find it 'unfair' that zip does credit checks and rejects them automatically. These are people who state they are on various government support payments - rejected. And then say how Afterpay allowed them an account no worries.
Will be interesting to see what APT's bad debts are like compared to zip (excluding any numbers from Quadpay prior to takeover).
