The reaction to the Klarna news has arguably been completely taken out of the stock price - I don’t think anyone is seriously expecting any Klarna news tomorrow, nor should they. I don’t think any expectations are priced into the stock at all - it’s basically back to pre-Quadpay levels, we know the financial should be ok, noting the large headline loss due to Quadpay accounting adjustment, but to be honest the sooner this report is released, digested and then the market move on, the better. Retail hold Larry in such low regard when it comes to managing investor relations that no one is seriously expecting anything out of the ordinary tomorrow, and I think that is reflected in the current stock price and high level of shorts still in place.
