Did you know 'Bank of America' were PayPal's advisors for the acquisition of Paidy.
They're also supposedly Zip's US advisors too....
Makes you wonder if Zip was approached first... in which case Laz & Pete are not looking to get acquired by a bigger fish.
Or worse, if BoA didn't recommend Zip to protect the lent out shares being shorted
Either way, retail investor day is going to be interesting
