I think the SP issue is coming from the management, they are just doing too many things too fast.
This week Mexico, next week South Africa.....by the time you read it in the news they are already exploring other opportunities.
If they keep on 'expanding' in this ADHD rate numerous cap raises are going to be inevitable.
It also makes it a harder take-over target isn't it? Even if I'm interested to buy out Quadpay business all other side businesses would be a headache for me...
Having said that I think the management is starting to realise that hence they did the rebrand recently.
When the sentiment is as bad as of now while the management is showing signs of changing and fundamentally it's not a bad business, I think we're seeing the bottom of SP forming.
