I very much agree. I'm not at all sold on the coalition of founders approach, particularly when you are adding in new businesses at the rate Zip has been. It puts an enormous strain on management (ultimately it is LD and PG that are accountable to shareholders not some random ex-owner of Twisto/Spotti etc etc) and also on the balance sheet - to your point of funding.
