If there was an agreement finalised recently with a live date sometime around now-ish they’d be ok - but yes you’d have to be careful with any delays. My (perhaps naive) hope was that something was already in train (big announcements after re-brand, updates in Q1, trip to Silicon Valley) and the rather specific investor day was scheduled to be held after the date they knew something would be finalised. Having said that, I won’t hold my breath haha. If tomorrow is just a talkfest, it’s weird to have the entire senior exec present.
