The reality of the situation is that they will require an incoming investor of size and of a particular caliber, help pay down debt while driving the business across new verticals and really kick the uplift of users into its ecosystem
without this, there will almost be a guaranteed capital raise, and at these levels, it would be a complete disaster
nobody should want a take over, but we do (and always have) wanted a significant partner / investor
anyone who understands this will know the impacts such a critical piece will have on our outlook, our value and our share price (refer APT and Tiger Management)
