pay down the quadpay acquisition costs
inject new capital for marketing and expansion without the need for dilution and a flapping share price (ie a strategic Investor who adds value on a distribution and tech stand point, value offsetting dilution, otherwise a cap rise does very little (in a positive sense) at the minute.
74m employee remuneration related share based payments
bad debts
interest payments on convertible notes
loss on foreign currency
etc
all costs associated with the impacts of the balance sheet and what would impact the likelihood of another capital raise without growth.
