Read the article in CNBC where DOG are singling out “killer acquisitions” to prevent monopolies. Aimed at Bnpl as far as I read Plaid t/o was stopped. They probably up the arses of the Banks.
I doubt a normal take over for Zip is now on the cards it would need a very large company with the balls to take on the nuts running the US.
If our lot has any brains they already know this and could be working on a more partnership basis, seems likely to me.
So won’t be a full t/o but partnership sounds good I can’t see that getting stopped.
Another day just don’t you love them.
