I think Laz made it clear, any offer with less than a 40x multiple would be presented to the board but would be an insult (judging from how he responded to the Paidy acquisition)
I worry about this, similar to what @SebbyV said, I don't think he'll accept anything less than this and I think that will turn away a few suitors with the fire power to acquire Zip.
I'd consider 25x-30x a win contrary to alot of long term bulls here I'd bet he's already had offers but has rejected them, either too low or the offers didn't offer any place for him in any controlling capacity.
Zip really needs a strategic investor or a mammoth partnership. And soon.
