because it is not positive announcement but a neutral announcement at the best. All highlights have been announced in previous announcement, there is no data released for UK yet, no news for new investors, ADR or dual listing (which I think is a long shot btw). Positive side is Z1P is reducing borrowing costs and receivable cycle - is this driven by Quadpay's similar repayment model as APT? I think this correction will squeeze out hypes in current price.
