if you’re talking about the Quarter, then Q4 had a minor and insignificant increase on Q3. It would be remiss to compare Q on Q for this purpose and one should compare mostly based on prior and corresponding periods
As long as bad debts sit around or under 2% nobody will care.
There is also room for slight deviation to allow for loosening and tightening borrowing criteria depending on the macro environment
it is important that people do not think the report was sold down on bad debt, as this isn’t true and can cause an additional concern and one which actually isn’t a concern
