When you short, you have to be surgical with your positions. I still have the $15 p’s as a punt and don’t really care if they expire worthless but the shorts are closed. Still watching like a hawk.

I definitely don’t think it’s all clear skies ahead. It’s also amazing how easily placated the market seems to be. I’ll be keeping a steady eye. If anything comes thru the trading desk of relevance I’ll update all y’all.

I think rates need to rise anyway and tapering needs to slow down. RBA have already come out and said house prices are being valued way outside of fundamentals and are recommending some possible macro policies to avoid any problems from the high debt load of all these property owners/investors. I got that news from watching the speech yesterday. It may be in the AFR now
