I think this is the biggest negative I have towards zip.
They tell you their ideas and then take forever to implement anything.
If you're going to tell us about crypto, implement it within 3 months. Have it just about ready to go when telling us.
If you're going to tell us about savings accounts, physical cards etc etc.. 3 month deadline.
Other companies will do their damnedest to beat you to it otherwise.
I get that there is a balancing act because everyone wants news and announcements every 4 minutes, but we need to be the first to implement these things, otherwise the opportunity will be lost.
