He's never once even mentioned global corporate debt as a whole being the primary cause for concern, but now all of a sudden this last week he's all over it haha It was always inflation and interest rate rises destroying Zip by themselves. Now he's jumping on the bandwagon of what bond holders might do in the event of an economic meltdown.

Even during that conversation I had with him about the vulnerability of bond markets 5 months ago, I could almost swear I mentioned China as well, but not the real estate market specifically. I just can't find the comment though.

It makes me wonder if he genuinely doesn't read people's responses and just comments his rehearsed drivel all the time. I always felt he leaves out core arguments someone else makes and just jumps to his own thoughts. So the fact I mentioned this bonds issue to him (generally speaking), and he didn't even bother looking into it until now, makes me think he probably didn't even read my responses back then.
