Nah stuff the instos, they wont support us now. Only the ones who are already in should get that opportunity. I can't stand it when companies give instos huge discounts for the bulk of the raising and screw over retail with small max limits where you never even get close to that limit.
If they ever do a cap raising, look after us retail investors who have been here the whole time supporting the company. But Zip as a stand-alone company won't exist next year, the US whales will be circling after this last month of BNPL M&A activity.
I'm confident we wont be asked for anymore money in a cap raising. Our acquirer will take care of everything
