I have recently sold out of most of my property, even as the markets continue to climb rapidly. I use the capital elsewhere, including fire sale covid businesses which I can turn around and flip in short succession.
I am actually anticipating some decent property buying at the next cycle, if ever it comes.

I will always add positive views when warranted, which I hope comes in the form of an IT investor or large fund/insto…. or Klarna, affirm or PayPal
