that's correct, just before their acquisition!! It's not that hard to join the dots and see that zip is following a similar path except the difference is we are all about partnerships and becoming a major global brand. Only a matter of time before the next big deal is struck. They have been doing it for the last 6yrs with every deal bigger than the next.
