Earlier you were talking about inflation only but now you have added stagflation as well. I definitely agree with inflation part but stagflation- yes it is a huge risk to all equity investors but too early to tell whether we are heading towards that direction.
Delta variant impacted the economic recovery slowing down manufacturing, supply chain and causing shortages. Vaccination is key here. Even after reopening, same theme persists then definitely many others including myself will be out of share market. And just to keep things in perspective, i'm not gonna stop enjoying things just because I'm going to die one day, but when that day will be no one knows? Who said investing is without risk? Who doesn't know growth stocks suffers the most when that happens? One day yes, but there are many wonderful things yet to come before that happens which prolongs the company survival. At the end of the day, you are glass half empty guy and i'm half full. We are both right subject to when(Timing )and how you looking things(Bias).
