Yep I've been holding off for a while now because of the stupid second hand prices and am just going to buy a brand new car instead.
My example. I wanted a second hand Land Rover Discovery Sport between 3 & 5 years old but all the good ones have about 50-150,000 Kms on them and they are like 5-10K cheaper than they were brand new 3-5 years ago. No way!
Instead of buying that secondhand car with a crap load of kms on it for roughly a bit under what they paid for it 3-5 years ago, I can instead buy a brand new Ford Everest Sport for around 65K and looks pretty sexy to me in black. And I don't want to order one and wait months for delivery, I want to go in and see it but no dealer has any new ones that I want. You can't win with cars at the moment
