where did you get 20,000,000 active users from?

Im not convinced this is correct at all, and more like 8,000,000 active users, which were mostly acquired through aggressive acquisition and will come at increased expenses to mirror the enormous loss.

I think you maybe counting your chickens before they’re hatched, as I guess you’re talking about Zest, of which zip is a minority holder.

zip has hinted about increasing their holdings over time, with an interest to completely acquire. This would either come by way of further dilution via another cap raise, or this investor who’s coming on board, as the cash at bank won’t be enough.
