I am in pins $50 usd so still green for a flip - I’m 9% up at open
I didn’t invest knowing PayPal would discuss an offer it is a long hold for me.
Microsoft made an offer earlier this year for pins at $51 billion which was rejected by pins, so of course holders were going to refuse a $39bn offer.
PINS makes profit, has a strong balance sheet and trades on less multiples than most, so a tad early for our one stock wonder James to be throwing stones
it so far looks like a good long term undervalued hold
