If there is any significant announcement to come you will see good strong candles on good volume prior to the announcement.
Have you not noticed since issuing the convertible notes a complete dearth of announcements as the hedge funds buying the convertible notes and shorting the stock will have an "understanding" that they won't be taken by surprise.
Im speculating the note holders will be the first to know.
I choose to just ignore these substantial holders notices and try to draw conclusions from them....the evidence will be in the price action and volume
