Good analysis, thereby lies the problem for all "growth stocks".
The unprecedented fiscal stimulus and enforced lock downs steering people to on line gambling and internet shopping basically accelerated growth trajectory to well above the mean.
Now that has been withdrawn these companies are having to spend furiously to try to maintain growth trajectories.
The headline GMV numbers are now meaningless as marketing costs are outweighing nett income going forward.
Their is no path to profitability.
I was looking for a long entry to PBH but held off but today's announcement and price action suggests it can fall to $2
