The only acquisition I question is Payflex due to potential bad debts but apparently it is really good. I honestly have to disagree, disregard the Aus business for a second. Think about if ZIP signs a deal with a big bank and is able to integrate savings accounts into the app. Then you are able to get significant rewards from ZIP, which may compete with amex, as they won't have such high charges for transaction fees. If I were to use ZIP as a all in 1 wallet then it is imperative that there is a pay now option.
