I'd understand if they had PayPal's level of service with disputed transactions.
Its the only reason I use paypal for online purchases. Imagine trying to reverse a transaction with Zip when they wouldn't even update your address haha.
I suppose its a good option if Zip ever become as established as PayPal or Venmo.
At this stage of their growth, don't really see why a consumer would find any benefit of paying in full up front with a CC via the Zip app (unless there were some killer rewards)
