To be honest this absolutely reeks of BAL - the difference being they were smart enough to accept a takeover offer knowing they were (allegedly) never going to get meaningful access to the Chinese market without. I worry our boys have been given a takeover offer, but thought they'll be right going it alone, only to be met with a crushing impact on the stock price.
